♦ All sales are final, and cannot be cancelled. Items are made to order unless otherwise stated.

 

♦ I post all of my jewellery well packaged in individual boxes, with bubblewrap and appropriate outer packaging.

♦ I aim to ship items within 3-5 working days, but some items may take longer. Items are always posted via special delivery unless otherwise stated. Different levels of insurance are available, and the options will be available to the customer during the checkout process.

♦ I charge a flat rate shipping cost through the website, but sometimes the actual shipping cost may be cheaper – In this instance I always try to refund excess shipping charges where possiable.

♦ If you are buying multiple items, Or are from a country outside of Europe, I strongly suggest emailing me with your order, so that I can give you a more accurate shipping quote.

♦ Expect 2-14 days for delivery within the UK. Other countries may be longer.

 

♦ Because of the handmade nature of my products and hygiene laws regarding jewellery, I run on a strict no refund policy.

♦ Items damaged in the postal system may be returned for repair at an additional cost to the buyer for materials/return shipping.

♦ Item replacements may be available via negotiation at an additional cost to the buyer for any additional materials/return shipping.

♦ Uninsured items lost in the post are no longer my responsibility, and any losses incurred by the buyer will not be refunded.

♦ In the case of insured items lost in the post, please contact me with the details and this will be resolved on a case by case basis.

 

♦ Custom items and wholesale items may be requested. Email me at; haresandwolves@gmail.com to discuss your ideas. All custom orders are non-refundable.

 

Care Instructions:

♦ To clean; Use warm soapy water and a soft cloth only. Dry with a cloth or tissue to prevent water stains.

♦ Do Not Use Silver cleaning products (cloths, solutions, etc.) on Oxidised silver jewellery. These are designed to remove oxidisation, and will take off the decorative patina permanently.

♦ Likewise, such cleaning products may cause damage to items with Keum Boo/Fused gold decoration.

♦ The oxidised patina may wear away naturally over time through continued wear; specifically on edges or anywhere the jewellery rubs against another material. With careful use this process may take years. In this instance, I am happy to re-oxidise any jewellery for the cost of return shipping.

♦ For all other items; normal gentle jewellery cleaning products may be used.

 

♦ All of my jewellery is 100% Sterling Silver unless otherwise stated. Un-hallmarked items are below 7.78g in weight.
